An exciting opportunity for an Executive Administrative Associate to join a global pharmaceutical company on a 3 month contract in Munich who provides very high level of administrative support to the Vice-President & General Manager and several members of the East Region Management Team.


- Regularly interact with high level internal and external clients/stakeholders to coordinate activities that accomplish business needs

- Handle details of significant, highly confidential, and critical matters

- Independently write internal and external communications to distribute on behalf of Vice-President and senior regional leadership team

- Coordinates with colleagues at other Vertex locations around the world to schedule meetings via phone and Internet

- Independently coordinate conferences and meetings, nationally and internationally�

- Independently coordinate executive and management committee meetings�

- Implement company policies and procedures as needed by the business
