My client is a fast-growing global mid-sized Biopharma with products across numerous therapy areas. They have grown rapidly over the last few years, a trend they will maintain as they continue to grow organically and through acquisitions. They have a highly dynamic culture and encourage autonomy, proactivity and innovation with a strong bias for action. With an established portfolio of commercialised medicines and a very promising pipeline this role they are a highly desirable prospect for both investors and employees.

We are recruiting a Sales Director UK & Ireland to lead their Oncology & Haematology portfolio, focused both on managing existing products in market and creating an environment to ensure products coming through the pipeline are successfully commercialised to meet unmet patient needs and sales are optimised in the UK & Ireland markets. The role leads a team of Key Account Managers and is a member of the UK & Ireland Management team with P&L accountability for the growth of the business. This is a visible position across the business and will require someone highly adept at stakeholder management as well as coaching and developing sales teams.

Top candidates will have a strong track record of Pharmaceutical sales, leadership and line management. Experience in Oncology and/or Haematology is strongly preferred but not essential. A proven track record in designing and executing successful commercial strategies and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams internally is required. Candidates with a strong network of KOLs and Buyers in the UK in the relevant therapeutic area are preferred.

The role is office-based when there is not a requirement to be out in the field. A competitive salary and benefits is on offer.
