A pioneering Pharmaceuticals company, at the forefront of development in their niche area of research, are seeking a Talent Development Partner to support the organisational and cultural development of the organisation.

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an experienced Talent Development Manager to design, deliver and source Talent and Leadership Development interventions to support the execution of strategic imperatives and enhance business performance across the site.


� Provide business specific Talent Management initiatives; Change Management, Performance Management, Team Development, Leadership Coaching, Critical Thinking etc.

� Support the HR and Recruitment team in improving Talent processes

� Improvement and maintenance of Management and Personal Development Programmes

� Work in close partnership with Training Teams, HR Business Partners and Leadership Teams

� Support the graduate, apprenticeship and intern programmes

� Lead and contribute to strategic projects around Talent, Learning and Organisational Development processes and system implementation

� Assist in the development, adaptation and execution of the Human Resources strategy to help achieve key business objectives

Required experience:

� Human Resources or Organisational Development qualification; ie. CIPD level 7 or master�s Degree

� Experience in the Pharmaceuticals, Food Manufacturing, Petrochemical, Oil and Gas industries or similar

� Experienced in designing and delivering leadership development initiatives, performance management, career development, talent management and succession planning processes
