Natalie has more than 10-years recruitment experience and joined Skills Alliance in 2023 as an Associate Director of Medical Devices. She oversees specialist markets, including Aesthetics, Ophthalmology and Medical Imaging for North America and EMEA. Professionally, her focus lies in placing commercial professionals/executives into permanent positions within these markets, and overseeing a team of consultants, each responsible for their own region.

Akbar joined Skills Alliance in 2019 with 7 years proven Medical Device recruitment experience and has taken on a Team Lead role, focusing on the Medical Device Market and delivering searches across EMEA.

Jasmine focuses her expertise within in the manufacturing space in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and CDMO industries across France and Benelux. Having a scientific background, she has a passion for the industry and has successfully completed placements in niche areas within the Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Technical Operations and Site Head departments. She specialises in management level positions to VPs/COOs.

With over a decade of experience in life sciences recruitment and leadership, Harpreet has built and led high-performing teams across multiple specialist verticals, supporting clients across the full product lifecycle. Known for his strategic and people-first approach, he has a strong track record of scaling recruitment functions, developing future leaders, and delivering sustainable growth in highly competitive markets.

As head of our global staffing brand, Harpreet oversees international sales team and partners closely with clients to deliver tailored, insight-led recruitment solutions. He is passionate about building long-term relationships, understanding complex hiring challenges, and connecting organisations with talent that drives innovation and impact across the life sciences sector.

Rachael joined Skills Alliance in 2016 and possesses over 12 years’ of Life Science recruitment experience.  Having successfully managed multiple teams with a global footprint from London, Rachael is now located in New York where she leads an office of experienced recruiters and heads up our East Coast staffing business across both contract and permanent hires.

With over 9 years of recruitment experience, Dan started his recruitment career with Allegis Group. He began his career focusing on Quality Assurance and Validation within the Pharma/biotech space. Having supported large scale projects and large MSP accounts, Dan now leads our Global Client Services team and is focused on growing Skills Alliance client relations across all 3 brands globally.

Caroline is a recruitment leader with fourteen years’ global Life Sciences experience. With a BSc in Psychology, she began her career specializing in European R&D recruitment solutions, specifically clinical operations, before joining Skills Alliance in 2015. She moved out to launch our Seattle office and is now driving the US business forwards with the vision of becoming a global leader in the life sciences sector. Caroline is passionate about helping SME biotechnology companies scale up rapidly and brings a wealth of people-centric solutions to her clients.

Shane brings 7 years of recruitment experience across Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Procurement, and Sales. They began their career at ChapmanBlack before moving to Phaidon International, where they serviced companies across North America and Europe, specialising in placing senior executives and transforming global supply chain teams.

Since joining Skills Alliance in 2024, Shane has taken on a leadership role, now heading the Global End-to-End Supply Chain team, where they continue to drive recruitment excellence and deliver strategic talent solutions for organisations worldwide.

Jacob has been executing global biotechnology buildouts for almost a decade with a strong reputation in the Venture Capital market. Having worked with some of the worlds leading organizations, he has a significant network of physicians and scientists across the clinical stage biotechnology space.

Joe joined Skills Alliance in 2023 to spearhead the firm’s expansion into Leeds, playing a key role in strengthening its presence across the ingredients and industrial markets. With more than eight years of recruitment experience, he has successfully built and led specialist teams operating across multiple markets, delivering consistent growth and high-quality outcomes for clients. Joe is known for his collaborative leadership style and his ability to develop trusted, long-term partnerships, helping organisations secure talent that supports both immediate needs and long-term strategic goals.

James joined Skills Alliance in 2024, bringing over 9 years of recruitment experience in mid-to-senior level roles. He has a strong track record of building high-performing divisions from the ground up and driving growth in new markets. At Skills Alliance, he is spearheading the company’s expansion into STEM by developing the global Industrial division and specialises in retained talent solutions for niche, technically demanding positions.

Matthew is a Team Manager at Skills Alliance. With over 8 year’s experience specialising in process controls, automation, and engineering recruitment across the life sciences and advanced manufacturing sectors. He partners closely with clients to deliver highly skilled automation and engineering talent, supporting complex projects across GMP, digital manufacturing, and industrial automation environments.
