Natalie has more than 10-years recruitment experience and joined Skills Alliance in 2023 as an Associate Director of Medical Devices. She oversees specialist markets, including Aesthetics, Ophthalmology and Medical Imaging for North America and EMEA. Professionally, her focus lies in placing commercial professionals/executives into permanent positions within these markets, and overseeing a team of consultants, each responsible for their own region.

She moved out to launch our Seattle office and is now driving the US business forwards with the vision of becoming a global leader in the life sciences sector.
